Payment Policy

Effective from January 1, 2025, the following payment policy applies to all clients of Codelusive:

1. Yearly Renewal Services:

  • All web design services, web servers, and email servers provided by Codelusive are offered on a yearly renewal basis.
  • Renewal dates will be aligned with the service commencement date and documented in the service agreement.

2. Advance Payment Requirement:

  • Clients must ensure that renewal payments for web design services, web servers, and email servers are completed two months prior to the actual renewal date.
  • For example, if the renewal date is April 1, 2025, the renewal payment must be made by February 1, 2025.

3. Payment Reminders:

  • A renewal reminder will be sent to clients 90 days and 60 days prior to the due date.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to act on these reminders to ensure uninterrupted service.

4. Late Payment Penalties:

  • Payments made after the two-month advance deadline will incur a 10% late fee of the total renewal amount.
  • Services, including web servers and email servers, may be temporarily suspended for payments delayed beyond the renewal date.

5. Non-Payment and Termination:

  • Failure to renew within 15 days after the renewal date will result in service termination, including the termination of web and email servers.
  • Restoration of terminated services will incur an additional reactivation fee.

6. Payment Methods:

  • Payments can be made via UPI & Bank Transfer.
  • A receipt will be issued upon successful payment.

7. New Orders and Services:

  • All new orders and services require an advance payment of 50% of the final agreed amount once the design and development details are finalized by the client.
  • Any changes requested by the client after finalizing the design and development will be charged additionally as per our hourly charges policy.
